Ceramic Toners
The Ceramic Toner of our exclusive production is the result of experience and continuous research and development in order to obtain a final product that can always be improved, today it is customized and distinct for each range, whether it is Lem Ceramic CLC 11xx printers features of the brand new Lem Ceramic C165 Imagepress technology.
The new TONER LEM CERAMIC allows to obtain very high color densities, much more opaque than the toners of our competitors. Suffice it to say that the red measured with a spectrophotometer in the new C165 range also reaches 1.32 this color point density is almost unattainable with other laser technologies that do not use our ceramic toners.
The printing base of our Lem Ceramic printers is in four-color process so the colors in production are:
- Magenta – Cyan – Yellow – Black
Magenta is divided into two shades: Magenta Violet and Magenta Red.
Magenta Violet allows you to obtain very real colors and above all an excellent range of purple and pink with the only exception of not obtaining strong and lively reds.
Magenta Red allows you to have a range with good reds and good magenta at the same time, but obviously the yield of pure violet and purple or pink is lower than that which would be obtained using magenta and red.
In conclusion, all the colors of the Ceramic Toners, with the exception of black, have some differences in shades from the standards but with the final profiling applied to our systems, exceptional shades, shades and colors are obtained, equaling the original.
